In their annual TIME 100 issue the Times Magazine name the people who most affect our world. As always with the people who made it to the list, there is no denial that whether they are influential in a big way or not, they sure have made news in one way or the other. The magazine is politically correct, however I feel the Times magazine needs to go a step further and segregate the list into the following two categories.
1. People with +ve Influence
2. People with -ve Influence
