Although this post mentions about adding Console 2 utility to your windows Right Click Menu, the same steps can be followed to add any other program of your choice:
ALERT: CHANGING SOMETHING ON REGISTRY IS A RISKY BUSINESS, IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING, YOU MIGHT MESS UP THE SYSTEM BIG TIME

Open regedit by searching for it in the windows program menu, now do the following:

1. Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
2. Right Click and create a New Key, rename it to Console2
3. On the right pane change the Default value to @=”Open Console2 Here”
4. Right Click on the newly created Console2 Key and create a new key, rename it to command
5. On the right pane change the Default value to “C:\Console2\Console.exe”
6. Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Background\shell
7. Right Click and create a New Key, rename it to Console2
8. On the right pane change the Default value to @=”Open Console2 Here”
9. Right Click on the newly created Console2 Key and create a new key, rename it to command
10. On the right pane change the Default value to “C:\Console2\Console.exe”
11. You registry structure must now look like the following.

12.Close the registry, now you should see Console 2 on the right click menu.
